Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 2, 2024. Fiscal 2023 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $15,323,337 were obligated at the time of the award. Mabbett & Associates Inc.,* Stoneham, Massachusetts, was awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for environmental planning and consulting services. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2028.
